More than 10 players may leave Barcelona this summer.

According to ESPN, citing its sources, the leadership of the Catalan club will offer to look for a new team with more than 10 players. Xavi is planning a rebuild, but sources indicate that some players will be difficult to sell due to their reluctance to leave, as well as the high salaries they receive at Barca.

Xavi told Riqui Puig, Oscar Mingueza, Martin Braithwaite, and Samuel Umtiti that they are not part of his long-term plans. Clement Langle, Ferran Jutgla, and returning loan players Miralem Pjanic and Francisco Trincao will also be asked to leave. Barca will not buy back Adama Traore and Luuk de Jong, who played on loan for the club this season.

There is uncertainty surrounding the future of winger Ousmane Dembele and defender Dani Alves. Their contracts expire on June 30.

Sources add that Barca is willing to listen to big offers for Memphis Depay and Frankie de Jong due to the difficult financial situation.

Despite Barca’s desire to significantly rebuild the roster, the club has some problems. For example, Martin Braithwaite and Miralem Pjanic have stated that they want to work out their existing contracts until the end, while Clement Lenglets’ high salary scares away potential buyers.
