Diego Simeone has spoken out on Matheus Cunha amid links to Wolves in the January transfer window
According to reports, Wolves have agreed a deal to sign Cunha from Atletico on loan for the remainder of the 2022/2023 season.
Amid the links, La Liga side’s manager Diego Simeone has spoken out on the deal.
“Yes, Cunha is at a point of departure, almost about to sign with his new club,” said Simeone, as per Fabrizio Romano.
According to Romano, total value of the deal will be around €52m, including solidarity plus a fee to Atléti.
