Alan Shearer has raved about Gabriel Martinelli, claiming the Arsenal star had a “fabulous finish” against Leicester City.
Gunners beat the Foxes in the Premier League on Sunday, with Martinelli scoring the only goal of the meeting.
Shearer reacted to the Brazil international’s net, labeling it as a “clever goal and finish”.
“I thought it was a fabulous finish. Really well worked… All on the front foot. It’s a really clever finish, that’s where he is aiming. Clever goal and finish,” the pundit said on Premier League Productions.
After the win over Leicester City, Arsenal are leading the Premier League table, being two points ahead of Manchester City.
