FOX Sports broadcaster Rob Stone has provided an update on Christian Pulisic’s injury following a 1 – 0 win over Iran.
According to the World Cup broadcaster, Christian Pulisic has been taken to hospital following an abdominal injury he sustained while scoring the game-decider for the USA in a 1-0 win over Iran.
USMNT secured their spot in World Cup’s knockout stage alongside fellow Group B member England, meanwhile, Wales and Iran got eliminated.
Reporting post-match, FOX Sports journalist Rob Stone has given an update on the condition of Chelsea’s star:
“An update on his condition. He was taken to the hospital. We’re being told it’s an abdominal injury.
“So we’ll find out more over the next 24 hours if Christian will be available as the US gets set to take on the Netherlands.”
