I get joy when I go to the arena when I sit at the practice table. Being an NBA player is an amazing job. I knew it before, but after surgeries and rehabilitation, I’m getting more emotion out of putting on a game jersey,” Thompson said.
Klay missed more than two seasons because of a torn Achilles tendon. He was injured in the 6th match of the 2019 Finals series against Toronto (2-4).
