Neville believes Mauricio Pochettino may succeed Eddie Howe

Speaking on The Overlap, Gary Neville believes Mauricio Pochettino may succeed Eddie Howe as Newcastle manager.

“Eddie Howe will do the job for a couple of years at Newcastle, maybe longer. But I think at a certain point they will bring in a manager that will be a [Mauricio] Pochettino or a different [manager]”,  said Neville.

In January Howe signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with Newcastle that would have kept him at the club until the summer of 2024.
