Rapper Drake lost $230,000 betting on Charles Leclerc’s victory at the Spanish Grand Prix
He made a bet on the outcome of the stage of Formula 1. Drake bet about CAD $300,000 (about $230,000 USD) on pole-position holder Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc’s victory. The odds on Leclerc’s victory were 2.5, so the rapper could have got $750,000 CAD.

Leclair did lead the race and was close to winning, but because of problems with the power plant, the Ferrari drove into the boxes and got off. Thus, the rapper’s bet didn’t play out.
