Sergio Aguero reveals what he thought of Lionel Messi’s Barcelona departure
Argentina national team star Sergio Aguero thought that Barcelona’s social networks got hacked when they announced the departure of Lionel Messi.
Messi left Barca during the summer transfer window of 2021 following his contract expiration as La Liga side couldn’t extend it due to financial issues.
“When Barcelona announced Messi’s departure I thought someone had hacked Barca’s social networks,” said Aguero via El Chiringuito (Jose Alvarez).
“I thought it was a joke.”
