Tottenham Hotspur contacted Eintracht Frankfurt manager Oliver Glasner’s agents, who previously declined an offer from Chelsea.
Tottenham Hotspur has reportedly made initial contact with the representatives of Oliver Glasner, the current manager of Eintracht Frankfurt, according to German newspaper BILD. This comes after Glasner previously turned down an opportunity to join Chelsea.
Eintracht Frankfurt is currently competing for a place in the UEFA Champions League next season in the Bundesliga table. However, Glasner, an Austrian national, may be lured by the prospect of joining Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023.
At the age of 48, Glasner has achieved significant success during his time at Frankfurt, including guiding the team to a UEFA Europa League triumph last season and progressing to the Round of 16 in this season’s UEFA Champions League.
It is believed that he may be looking to take on a fresh challenge and advance his managerial career at a new club.
