For Holland, it’s pretty much their own European Championship, they play a prestigious friendly against Les Bleus. The Dutch aren’t good right now, the French are probably the favourites of the Euros. More French players are, of course, involved in major games at club level, title races, the Champions League. For me, either way there will be goals in this one. I would take over 2.5 goals at 2.2. Holland are predictably not good defensively. But if you are feeling brave, why not back Holland to win and over 2.5 goals at 6.5?
