Malaga – Athletic Bilbao. Alexander Vishnevskiy’s prediction
Athletic Bilbao have to play against Malaga after only 60 hours from their 120-minute match against Sevilla in Europa League. There is not enough time to prepare to the next game considering a lot of flights of Bilbao team. So the Basques are too tired and this will cause a lot of problems against Malaga who had a week to prepare. So I back the home team to win.
Malaga are good in defence with only 29 conceded goals in 32 games this season. The suspension of Roberto Rosales is a blow for them, but they have a replacement for him. Things are worse for Athletic Bilbao: Aritz Aduriz, Inaki Williams, Sabin Merino and Aymeric Laporte are all injured.
We can go for not only Malaga to win, but Malaga to win and under 3.5 goals at 2.60. They are unlikely to score a lot having less than one goal in the single match at average.
