French born Ghanaian defender Enock Kwateng has paid tribute to his dead brother in Bordeaux's victory over his former club FC Nantes.

The defender, who started against his former club was replaced in the 46th minute of his side's 1-0 win against Nantes.

Kwateng lost his brother Jackson Kwateng early this month and dedicated the victory in his memory.

"Very nice victory in Nantes! Good job guys ! Thank you to all the supporters for their trip and their support! Go Bordeaux. Ps: Frero I hope where you are, you are proud of me. This is for you this one," he posted after the game.

The 22-year old was excluded from the Violet and White lads squad when they lost 2-1 to Olympique Lyon last week, but returned to the squad on Sunday.

Kwateng joined Bordeaux last summer from FC Nantes and has already made 10 appearance this season for the club.
