Danish club HB Koge have confirmed the transfer of Nigerien international forward Victorien Adje Adebayor to Legon Cities FC on a short-term deal.

Koge announced on Thursday that they have loaned out the 24-year-old to Cities for the rest of the 2020/2021 season.

Adebayor joined the Danish second-tier side from Ghana Premier League outfit Inter Allies FC in October 2020.

He scored 12 goals in 13 matches in the Ghanaian top-flight in the 2019/2020 season before leaving for Denmark.

Cities are keen on finishing at the top half of the Ghana Premier League at the end of the season hence the signing of the prolific attacker.

Adebayor joins Richmond Antwi, Hans Kwofie and Justice Anane as the latest additions to the Royals squad in the second transfer window.
