France National team have allowed Newcastle midfielder Moussa Sissoko to leave the training ground in order to complete a permanent move to an undisclosed side.
Tottenham Hotspur are lining up an audacious late bid to try to land him to the White Hart Lane before the transfer market deadline, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The Magpies esteeme the France international's ownership around £35m and the Spurs are reportedly set to pay a fee around £20m.
