It was a fiercely enjoyable contest at the Enzo Ricci Stadium in Sassuolo, as the U19 side hosted Lazio in a 2-2 draw on match day 4 in Italy's Primavera 1 division.

Ghanaian youngster and current MVP holder, Brian Oddei, has been the main protagonist of Sassuolo's unbeaten run so far this season, churning out consistent man of the match performances for the Neroverdi.

Brian Oddei created all two of Sassuolo's goals against Lazio last Saturday, after registering his fifth assist in four outings, and earning a penalty at the death of the game to secure a crucial vital point for the home side.

The visitors, Lazio, broke the deadlock through Marino in 22 minute after a misunderstanding between goalkeeper Zacchi and teammate Artioli on a goal kick Sassuolo equalised four minutes into the second half after central defender Bellucci headed in Oddei's corner to put them level.

Despite been reduced to ten players later in the game, Lazio roared back in front in a similar fashion, as Franco lept to meet a corner kick with a header in the 79 minute. At the death of the game, Oddei demanded for the ball, got into the 18 yard box with a dribble and earns a penalty in 94th minute for Sassuolo to draw level.
