Ghanaian youngster Mohammed Salisu has emerged as a top transfer target for English side Brighton.

Salisu has been a revelation for Real Valladolid this season, attracting interest from the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United.

According to Foot Mercato, the 21 year-old is on the radar of Brighton.

The Seagulls are aware of Salisu's €12m buyout clause and ready to trigger the option.

Salisu is managed by Juan Mata Snr, the father of the Manchester United midfielder.
