According to Sky Sports, Bristol City have completed the season-long loan signing of Sunderland defender Adam Matthews.
The 24-year-old returns to the club where he enjoyed a successful temporary spell at the back end of the 2015/16 campaign.
Matthews successfully passed a medical and agreed terms on a loan deal for the entirety of the 2016/17 season, with no option of a recall.
