A solitary goal by striker Attiso Abraham was enough for the Brong Ahafo Region to clinch the maiden GFA/Airtel National Juvenile Championships.

The feat by the young lads over the Upper East Region further confirms the dominance shift in Ghana football to that region following the capture of the Premiership title by Berekum Chelsea and Aduana Stars for the past two seasons.

The winners thus take home a cash prize of 2000 Ghana cedis, medals for players and offcials and Airtel souvenirs.

The second placed team also receive 1500 Ghana cedis, medals for players and offcials and Airtel souvenirs while the 2nd runners up get 1000 Ghana cedis, medals for players and offcials and Airtel souvenirs.

Brong Ahafo's skipper Attiso Abraham was also awarded with the overall best player award.
