After appearing before a Madrid court on Monday for violating a restraining order in 2017, Bayern Munich defender Lucas Hernandez has until October 28 to enter prison "voluntarily."

Left-back for France Unless his appeal is accepted, Hernandez has 10 days from Monday to "voluntarily" enter prison.
After a violent altercation, the 25-year-old was arrested four years ago for breaking a court order prohibiting him from contacting his partner.

He was called to be informed of his incarceration order and arrived "voluntarily at 11.30 a.m. today (Monday), one day before his summons," according to a statement released by the Madrid court.

The "ten-day period to voluntarily enter prison" began Monday and will end "on October 28," according to the announcement.

Hernandez and his partner were convicted of domestic violence in February 2017. The couple had just married in the US and were returning to Spain after moving there from the US when he was arrested.
