New acquisition Kouadio Koné made his long-awaited debut for Borussia Mönchengladbach in yesterday's 1-0 triumph over Borussia Dortmund.
Kouadio Koné's debut outing for Borussia Mönchengladbach ended after 73 minutes. The 20-year-old Frenchman had previously struggled for every ball against the other Borussia from Dortmund in midfield. In the 1-0 triumph, the right foot operated extremely quietly for his age, ensuring peace and sovereignty in the headquarters.
Coach Adi Hütter was ecstatic with the arrival of the new FC Toulouse signing.
“He's also a player with a lot of potential,” praised the foal coach after the game, “I wanted to bring another element to this team. I think that he has formed a very good trio in the central midfield with Denis Zakaria and Jonas Hofmann. That is fun."
