BUNDESLIGA - Bayern Munich, the plan on Lewandowski

Published on: 20 January 2022

Bayern Munich's plan it's clear: or to renew Lewandowski deal or sell him next summer. His contract comes to an end in June 2023 and the German club has a one-year contract extension policy for players over the age of 30, yet they are contemplating making an exception for the Poland international.
According to Bild, Bayern are willing to offer Lewandowski a one-year renewal with the same salary, or a two-year deal in event he agrees to a pay cut.

If the player will not agree, then the casting would start right now to find a replacement, with Erling Haaland being an option in the event the Polish star departs this summer.
