Borussia Dortmund has called out the loose-lipped Marin Pongracic after his statements about the injury of team-mate Erling Haaland. Earlier, the defender was also put in place by VfL Wolfsburg. That club is renting him out this season.
Pongracic was candid during a Twitch session, but that didn't sit well with everyone. "Some statements are absolutely incorrect in terms of content. You can be sure that we will discuss this internally with Marin," says Sebastian Kehl in BILD on behalf of Dortmund. The conversation is accompanied by a fine, while Wolfsburg has already been heard through director Marcel Schäfer. It is not the first time that the defender has come under fire. He previously released a 'secret' team evening at Wolfsburg and was involved in a corona party.
