Businessman Kennedy Agyapong has promised a US$20,000 cash reward to Asante Kotoko if they win this season's Ghana Premier League.

He announced the package after the club beat Wa All Stars 2-0 at home last Sunday to go nine points clear at the top.

The amount pledged by the ex-Kotoko vice-chairman is five-times the club will get for winning the league.

Agyapong is already paying for Kotoko's camping bills for their away matches.

He is a construction magnate and was second-in-command during the Herbert Mensah era.
