Dreams FC assistant coach Winfred Dormon says his scope has been broadened after participating the CAF ‘C’ License course held in Kumasi.
The Ghana Premier League legend has now earned his first coaching stripe after excelling in the 10th and 11th coaching course.
"I have learnt a lot from this program," Dormon told the club's official website.
"Because of my playing experience & level of coaching I was abreast with some of the things but not as deeper as we were taught at the training.
"It is worth it because it has broadened my knowledge in the game and I’m going to continue to become a better coach for Dreams FC," he said.
He added that: "This Badge is just the stepping stone and I hope to improve steadily to become one of the best managers in the country in the next few years."
Dormon will join the team in Kumasi for Sunday's Premier League against Asante Kotoko.
