Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan is still hopeful of his outfit qualifying chances to the quarterfinals of the CAF Confederation Cup despite the stalemate against Al Hilal in the penultimate match of Group C on Sunday.

Kotoko hopes of qualifying to the quarterfinals of the competition for the first time in sixteen years was dented after failing to take full advantage of their home grounds in the game against the Sudanese giants.

A victory for the Porcupine Warriors would have seen them pick a quarter finals tickets but the hone side had to claw back to pick a point with a late striker from striker Songne Yacouba after Waleed Hamid broke the deadlock on the 32nd minute.

Despite the setback, goalkeeper Annan believes the battle is not over yet as they can pick maximum points against ZESCO United in their final group game.
