Asante Kotoko defender Abdul Wahab Adams says beating already-eliminated Zesco United in Ndola on Sunday is possible.

But the centre-back admits they will have to dig deep for the which will secure qualification to the quarter-final.

Kotok beat Zesco 2-1 in the reverse fixture at the Baba Yara Stadium but have a wretched away record.

Adams says they will summon every tact and wit to get the much-needed points.

''We are poised for the game,'' Adams said. ''It is a game between two great clubs and we are ready for it.

''We want the qualification and we are going to Zambia for the three maximum points.''

''Zesco United may be out of the competition but quality does not drop when a team is playing for pride.

''We won't underestimate Zesco United. We played them in Kumasi. We know their quality so it won't take anybody to tell us that we have a task on our hands. But it's football.''
