The Confederation of Africa Football (Caf) has started an engaging educational campaign on social media to help fans in the battle against the deadly coronavirus disease.

Africa's football governing body is embarking on a who-is-next social media challenge that would encourage and teach fans on good personal hygiene to avoid the disease that has so far killed more than 5,000 people worldwide.

Football globally has been ravaged by the disease which has led to cancellations of several matches including CAF competitions.

In its bid to help African football fans keep good personal hygiene to avoid the deadly virus the challenge hashtagged #NoHandshakeChallenge will help get fans, footballers and administrators to reveal their ways of keeping themselves healthy.

This will be posted on social media and retweeted as a measure to help the public learn different ways of keeping clean.

Former Ghana international defender Anthony Baffoe, who is the CAF deputy general secretary kicked off the challenge designed to get more people to join in.

He is seen in the video showing the basic skill of washing your hands very well.
