CAF U20 Cup of Nations: Ghana coach Karim Zito names unchanged team to face Uganda in final

Ghana U20 head coach Abdul Karim Zito has named his starting lineup to face Uganda in the final of the Africa U20 Cup of Nations in Mauritania.

The Black Satellites take the Hippos at the Stade Olympique de Nouakchott on Saturday evening.

Zito maintained the same team that beat Gambia by a lone goal in the semi-finals played on Monday at the same venue.

Afriyie Barnieh is once again leading the team as captain as he starts on he right side of attack for the Black Satellites with Mohammed Sulemana on the left.

Percious Boah who is gunning for the top scorer of the competition, will start upfront for Ghana against the Hippos.

Boah has scored three goals in the tournament so far and two goals behind leading top scorer Derrick Kakooza who has five goals.

The quartet in defense has also been retained with Ibrahim Danlad in post.

Fatawu Issahaku and Emmanuel Essiam will form the central defensive pair for this evening’s game.

The game will kickoff at 20:00 GMT.
