Slovakia-based midfielder Osman Bukari believes the Black Meteors will secure a convincing win over Togo in Tuesday's 2019 CAF U23 Cup of Nations qualifier in Kumasi.

The Trenčín player is one of the foreign-based players available for head coach Ibrahim Tanko in the first leg qualifier.

"We are poised for a convincing win over Togo in the first league to make the second league tie a mere formality fixture," Bukari told Kickgh.com

"It's a big chance for most of us to exhibit what earned us a call-up to the Ghana U23 team. We can't afford to lose or draw at home...We are here to win.

"Winning this two-legged clash will help us to secure a ticket to the tournament next year."

Bukari scored two goals for Trencin in their  6-3 win over lower division side OŠK Švošov in the Slovak Cup back in September.

He was transferred from Accra Lions FC to Anderlecht in January but left for Trencin this summer.
