Cagliari midfielder Godfred Donsah is among high-profile youngsters expected to beef up Ghana’s Under-20 squad ahead of the World Youth Championship in New Zealand.

Black Satellites management committee chairman, Winfred Osei Parma has revealed a number of talented foreign-based players will be invited into the team ahead of the tournament which starts in May.

The technical team has identified highly-rated Cagliari midfielder Godfred Donsah as well Black Stars defender Daniel Amartey.

Others include Koby Arthur (Birmingham City), Emmanuel Boateng (Rio Ave,), Emmanuel Oti (Sporting Braga), Divine Narh (Nec Breda) and Agbenyenu Lumor (FC Porto) amongst others are in line for call-up to justify their inclusion.

"We will include some players to the team before the World Cup. That should be no surprise because it is not an alien practice to Ghana. There is no issue," Wilfried Palmer, Black Satellites Management Committee chairman told supersport.

The Ghanaians have drawn Argentina, Panama and Austria in group B.
