Kevin-Prince Boateng has paid glowing tribute to Mario Balotelli Barwuah, who marked his 29th birthday on Monday.
Boateng, currently on the books of Fiorentina took to social media to shower praises on the Ghanaian-born Italy international.
"Call him crazy, call him arrogant, call him overrated. I call it incredible, as a player and as a person. Best wishes, brother, "wrote Boateng tagging Balotelli on Instagram.
He could reunite with Boateng at Fiorentina amid claims the Serie A side are interested in his services.
The striker, who has also been linked with Flamengo, is without a club having left Marseille at the end of the 2018-19 campaign.
He netted eight times in 15 appearances for Marseille in the second half of last season.
Balotelli has turned out for AC Milan, Liverpool, Nice and Marseille since leaving Manchester City in 2013, where he managed 30 goals in 80 appearances.
The controversial forward, meanwhile, has played 122 Serie A matches during spells with Inter Milan and AC Milan, finding the back of the net on 47 occasions in Italy's top flight.
