Lazio midfielder Antonio Candreva believes his team deserved all three points from Sunday afternoon’s 0-0 draw with Udinese in Serie A.
The 28-year-old Italy international has been in fine form for the Biancocelesti this season but was unable to stop the Zebrette from leaving the capital with a point.
“The result is a bad draw, we deserved the victory,” Candreva told Mediaset Premium following the match.
“We were unlucky. In the last few minutes we were nervous and were not ourselves. There was a confrontation of two different styles on the pitch today, we wanted the three points but we did not succeed.
“The result is regrettable because I think we have produced some important balls despite not scoring.”
