Hearts of Oak legend, Amankwa Mireku has called on fans of the club to give their massive support to the team as it undergoes a whole new phase. 

On Saturday, Amankwa Mireku's club Evergreen FC engaged the Phobians in a friendly encounter at the Pobiman training complex.

The Rainbow club thrashed the lower tier side by four goals to one.

Fatawu Mohammed put the Phobians in front before Alidu Mohammed pulled level for Evergreen FC to send the game into the break on level terms.

A rampant Hearts side showed up in the second half as Manaf Umar put the home side in front before Ivorian import Abdulai Troare doubled the lead for his side.

Michael Sarpong grabbed his first goal for the Rainbow club as Hearts finished off Evergreen FC 4-1.

The Phobians have now won 12 of their last 14 friendlies under coach Kim Grant.

After the game Amankwa Mireku spoke extensively with the club calling on fans to support the team.
