Ghana international Edwin Gyasi has opened up on his life growing up on the streets of Amderstadm.

The 27-year-old has established himself as one of the finest wingers in the Bulgarian top-flight for CSKA Sofia.

Gyasi has revealed details of life growing up in Holland and in living in a tough neighbourhold of Belmer.

It was street football that helped him develop his skills and learnt from the likes of Quincy Owusu-Abeyie and Timothy Fosu-Mensah.

But he was saved by his strict parents, especially his father who did not have enough money to buy him football boots.

In school, he was a smart kid but revealed his extrovert nature gave him a bad image.
