Ghanaian striker Dauda Mohammed took a knee after scoring for Esbjerg fB in their 2-2 draw with AC Horsens on Tuesday.

Dauda has been in hot streak form for the Blue and White lads since the resumption of the campaign.

The former Asante Kotoko hit the back of the net in their 4-2 victory against Randers FC last week.

He kept up his recent found form when he opened the scoring in the 12th minute.

Dauda then immediately dropped to his knees, lowered his head and raised his right fist — a gesture often seen as a symbol of the "Black Power" movement that gained prominence in the United States in the 1960s and '70s and associated with the "Black Lives Matter" movement of today.

Michael Lumb restored parity for Horsens in the 37th minute before Ayo Okosun handed them the lead in the 52nd minute.

But Esbjerg fought back to level the scores after Joni Kauko connected beautifully to Dauda Mohammed’s sleek pass in the 81st minute.
