Central Region FA executives meet Regional Minister

Executive Council members of the Central Regional Football Association (CRFA) led by its chairman Mr. Robert Otieku Duncan, on Monday, June 15, 2020, paid a courtesy call on Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan (Hon.) at the Regional Coordination Council in Cape Coast.

The meeting, which offered the CRFA ExCo the opportunity to introduce themselves to the Regional Minister, also discussed a host of issues including strategies to work together to promote football in the region, especially, juvenile, district and women's football.

Hon. Kwamena Duncan congratulated members of the new Regional Executive Council on their election and advised them not to disappoint the people who reposed their trust in them.

He also urged them to bring novelty and innovations in all their activities with the practice of fairness and integrity to change the course of football in the Central Region. Similarly, he assured them of his support in all their endeavours.

"I pledge that the region, including all the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies will support you to bring back football to the highest pedestal in the Region," he stated.

Hon. Duncan asked the CRFA Chairman to call on him anytime he wishes, assuring that his door is always open for consultation, advice and support.

Hon. Kwamena Duncan tasked the RFA to bring proposal relative to areas they may need assistance from his outfit.

Central RFA Chairman, Robert Duncan thanked the Regional Minister for his warm reception and promised to work effectively and efficiently with his team to promote and develop football in the region.
