Charles Taylor set for B.Chelsea league debut

Midfielder Charles Taylor has been cleared to make his Premier League debut for Berekum Chelsea after receiving his International Transfer Certificate.

Taylor, who last played for Nigerian side Enugu Rangers, received the clearance on Monday from the Nigerian Federation.

The former Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko star's availability will be crucial for the defending champions who are struggling to replicate their form.

Taylor told GHANAsoccernet.com: "My ITC arrived on Monday and hopefully I will play in Sunday's game. My will give my best to the club."

Taylor signed for the Berekum-based in the off-season as a free agent.

Berekum Chelsea, ninth of the league table travel to new boys Wassaman United on Sunday.
