Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois believes that new manager Antonio Conte brought in a ‘new regime’ to change the attitude of his squad following the last disappointing season at Stamford Bridge.

“Different managers have different ways of working, – the Belgium international told Chelsea TV – In terms of food, drinks and everything, he put a new regime in place”.

“In training, he wanted to put his mark on the group immediately, with videos to see how we would have to train and tactically what to do - Courtois added - We have worked on that a lot and, maybe, that is sometimes boring – but it’s important to know how to do these things”.

Then he ended: “Everyone gets on board as he is the new manager. You listen to him because he is the boss and he paves the way for us."
