Chelsea fans blast Maurizio Sarri after Hudson-Odoi earn debut England call-up

Chelsea fans have descended heavily on manager Maurizio Sarri after winger Calum Hudson-Odoi was handed a call-up by England boss Gareth Southgate.

The 18-year old was given his debut call-up on Tuesday ahead of the Euro 202 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Montenegro.

Hudson-Odoi has not started a premier league game for the blues but has featured prominently in the Europa League and the Cup games.

However, following his national team call up, fans of the team think the youngster deserves to play an integral role in Sarri's team.

“SARRI IS BLIND,” replied one supporter on Twitter.

While another added: “Can sarri see this?”

“Is this not what sarri sees 4/5 times a week??” tweeted a third.

And one fan urged the Italian boss to drop Chelsea’s more experienced wingers for a refreshing change.

“Chelsea should start with him and get rid all the old stars William and Pedro. Give the youth chance,” they said.

Bayern will likely revive their interest this summer and with Hudson-Odoi’s contract expiring next year, Chelsea could be forced to cash in to avoid losing him for free.
