While PSG are still puzzled about paying Inter Milan the whole 70 million euros buy-back fee set upon Argentinian striker Mauro Icardi (27), the latter, according to The Sun, has been targeted by Chelsea. Tracked by Juventus and Napoli as well, former Neroazzurri captain is still on a parent-club deal with Italian club until June 2022. Inter are by no means welcoming him back in their plans.
