Playing for Chelsea since 2012/13, Brazilian international attacking midfielder Oscar (25) confirmed his transfer to Shanghai SIPG is almost done: "That's 90% safe. Just a few bureaucratic details are missing", Blues player told UK media. Oscar might move on an about 65 million euros, which would be a record sum a for Chinese Super League, since the highest transfer has so far been Hulk's one, from Zenit Saint Petersbourg to SIPG themselves (trained by former Porto, Chelsea and Tottenham manager André Villas-Boas), amounting to 56 million euros.
