According to Daily Star, Chelsea management, determined to get English international midfielder/winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (turning 24 next Tuesday, August 15) signed, are raising the cash bid they are submitting Arsenal. The Ox, likely to leave Gunners after six seasons, seems happy with the chance of joining Blues.
