Hammersmith and Fulham Council are expected to rubber stamp ​Chelsea's plans to redevelop their Stamford Bridge stadium this evening, according to the Independent. Club owner Roman Abramovich submitted plans for the £500m project to increase the ground capacity from 41,000 to 60,000 to the council last year, and should receive official approval today.
