Ghana winger Christian Atsu lasted the entire duration of the game for Dutch Eredivisie leader Vitesse Arnhem in their narrow 3-2 win over NAC Breda on Sunday.

The 21-year-old former FC Porto held down his place in Peter Bosz's starters sheet and lasted the entire duration of the game at the GelreDome to tighten their lead at the top of the table.

Since breaking into the Vitesse first team squad, the Black Stars winger has given a good account of himself in an attacking midfield role and has gained the upper hand over Gael Kakuta and other competitors for the berth in the team.

He played part of the sequence of play that resulted in Vitesse's first goal.
