Commey backs coach Hayford to win Medeama's first League trophy

Vice President of Medeama Albert Commey had banked his hopes on coach Bashir Hayford to deliver Premier League success this term.

The Mauve and Yellow's are currently sitting top of the pile in the Ghanaian top flight with 20 points after 10 games.

The team quickly recovered from a mini-slump in form after a flamboyant start to the season to maintain its position in and around the league's summit.

And Commey believes coach Hayford is well on his way to securing another league success with Medeama despite the side's doubtful title credentials.

"We have an experienced coach who had won the league before and knows what it takes to win the league," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

"We know people doubt our ability to win the league but we remain focus on what we are doing to achieve our ultimate goal."
