ENGLAND

Adomah also set up Baldock for City's first goal.

Arsenal loanee Emmanuel Frimpong played full throttle for Charlton Athletic who drew 2-2 with Brighton and Hove Albion.

In the League One, former QPR striker Patrick Agyemang came off the bench to play 20 minutes of Stevenage who beat bottom-placed Hartlepool United 2-0.

Former Liverpool youngster David Amoo came off the bench in the 56th minute for Preston North End who lost 3-1 to Crewe Alexandra.

GERMANY

Ghana U20 defender Baba Abdul Rahman lost on his full debut for Greuther Furth as they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Freiburg.

He was booked in the 59th minute.

In the Bundesliga II, Erzgebirge Aue shocked Saint Pauli 3-0 at their own backyard.

Defender Christopher Avevor was a component of the Pauli defence while American-born Joseph-Claude Gyau sat on the bench.

Union Berlin handed Kaiserslautern their second straight defeat after beating them 2-0.

Striker Kwame Nsor was left out of the Kaiserslautern squad for the trip.

Winger Ishmael Yartey came off the bench in the 78th minute for ten-man Sochaux who drew 1-1 with Lille.

Defender John Boye missed the Stade Rennes' 2-2 draw with Brest due to injury.
