Medeama's game against Al Ahly Shendi in the CAF Confederation Cup round of 16 has been fixed for Sunday April 10.
The Ghanaian FA Cup holders will travel to Sudan for the first leg with the return leg fixed for April 17 at the Essipong Stadium.
Medeama progressed to this stage after edging Libyan side Al Ittihad 2-1 on aggregate.
The two-time FA Cup champions are Ghana's sole representative in Africa inter-club competition this year.
