Congolese referee Messie Jessie Oved will take charge of Medeama’s CAF Confederation first leg tie against Panthers FC of Equatorial Guinea next month, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.

He will be assisted on the lines by compatriots Richard Bouende Malonga and Glo-Bossin Bissila Bisseyou with Lazard Tsiba Kamba serving as reserve referee.

Cameroonian Abubacar Alin Konate will also serve as the match commissioner.

The Mauve and Yellows, marking their debut in the competition, will travel to Malabo for the first leg.

The Tarkwa-based side won the Ghana MTN FA Cup after beating Kotoko 1-0 last year.
