Tyler Walker halved the deficit just after the hour mark
Coventry City fought back from two goals down to earn a deserved point at Blackburn Rovers in the Championship.
Tyler Walker sparked the second-half comeback with a neat first-time finish from Todd Kane's cross.
The Sky Blues' equaliser had a huge slice of luck about it as Liam Kelly's long-range strike crashed off the post before bouncing off the head of goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski and in.
Joe Rothwell's clever dink and Sam Gallagher's powerful effort into the top corner had put Blackburn 2-0 up, and they almost won it late on but Michael Rose cleared off the line following a scramble in the box.
- Relive Saturday's EFL action as it happened
The away point maintains Coventry's excellent start to the season, with Mark Robins' side fourth in the table, while Rovers are now without a win in three matches.
Blackburn could only name top scorer Ben Brereton Diaz on the bench after the 22-year-old played for Chile in the early hours of Friday morning.
But they did not appear to be missing their main striker when Rothwell and Gallagher played a neat-one two to set up the opening goal before Rothwell's cut-back was superbly finished by Gallagher on the stroke of half-time.
With Coventry growing into the game after the break, Walker halved the deficit and they were soon level as Kaminski could only watch the ball trickle over the line.
Blackburn pushed for a winner but an offside Brereton Diaz was denied by a superb stop by Simon Moore in stoppage time as both sides had to settle for a point.
