Crystal Palace eyeing Blackburn defender Shane Duffy

Crystal Palace are being linked with Blackburn Rovers defender Shane Duffy.

The Mirror says Palace boss Alan Pardew is eyeing a summer move for Blackburn's Republic of Ireland international centre-back Duffy.

Pardew knows Scott Dann is a target for several major clubs and has had his scouts watching 24-year-old former Everton player Duffy as a potential replacement.

Hull manager Steve Bruce and West Brom chief Tony Pulis are also monitoring Duffy, who is valued at £3million and has a year left on his Ewood Park contract.
